your roses are beautiful! you know, you seem like the type that would make rose water. do you? and do you or have you made recipes with rose water?
Thanks for your kind words, Connie :-) I’ve never tried making rosewater, but love it drizzled over fruit salad. There’s a recipe on the BBC website for orange and date salad with rosewater, which sounds really good:

You’ve got me intrigued now as to how it could be incorporated into raw desserts – bet it would be great with pistachio nuts and honey! I’ll see what I can come up with and will hopefully have a few recipes to post here in a couple of weeks.
